Personalised Paperful Returns
We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.
All other returns
Sometimes your order just isn’t quite right, so we give all our customers 30 days to return your unpersonalised orders. To make seasonal shopping simpler, we’ve extended our returns policy to 45 days. Unpersonalised items purchased between 1st November and 24th December can be returned until 31st January the following year. Returns are completely free and organised through our customer service team.
